You need to purchase:

- PTR-91
- Stealth Training
- Decoy

Never ever buy anything in battlelog, because the purchase not always been registered in Awards!

When you done the shopping the Syndicate requirements will be visible.

Excuse me, it still isnt working for me? I bought every single sniper weapon there is to buy, and I bought the SCROON shotgun thing, and I bough EVERY SINGLE PROFESSIONAL GADGET and EVERY SINGLE professional pistol. HELP
