Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!

- SR-25 ECC
- SAIGA .308
- PTR-91

When you done the shopping the Syndicate requirements will be visible.

Also having this issue, bought every gun and gadget for both sides ingame, not sure why its not opening

Went through each gun and gadget getting a kill with each and it has now unlocked
