My password has been changed, I would like to have it back.

Is there any way that I can have my password back. I don't know how it got change but it has been.

If you have noticed something weird on your account, like sudden change of ID or password, you should get in touch with EA Advisors https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ as soon as possible.
