My name is Ciarán, I am a specialist here at EA. I have been looking in to your case in relation to Battlefield Hardline. I would like to start by apologizing for this issue. I am a big fan of Hardline myself so I know how frustrating this must be.

If this do not have an impact on the game then just reply to this email to reach me again. This case will close automatically in seven days if I do not hear from you.

they need to fix the single player. i have this issue to. so ultimately the game is broken and i need a refund for the game but i dont have the receipt anymore. i refuse to restart chapter 8 (shouldnt have to) it was too hard on veteran that one part. so they need to fix it or need a refund for this broken game!

I just experienced this problem on PS4 and found this page by Googling. I can't believe the problem was first reported two months ago and still isn't fixed. Is anybody listening?

Just opened a case about this issue. The EA rep didn't seem very helpful at all. Just told me "I will forward to our development team." I asked when should I expect a reply/fix re: this problem. He said "you won't. You have to check the forum regularly to see if it has been fixed."
This sucks! It's been almost a month since I've been able to play the game! I'm at the end of the episode and shouldn't have to restart it. VERY FRUSTRATING! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE, EA!

You think it's bad they didn't fix this after a month or 2, try MAY 2016 and it's still not fixed. Shame on you EA, you don't even try ...
