All Campaign Progress Lost after Blue Screen Crash occurred while in Game (PC) [ Edited ]

I was in episode 6 on the Hardest Difficulty, and the game was transitioning to Episode 7 when it Blue Screen crashed.  When my computer rebooted, I ran the game and it started me at the beginning of the Campaign, and all my previous progress had been lost.  Battlelog still shows I've completed those other episodes, but the game won't let me back to where I left off, so I have to start over.  It also reset some of my MP Settings.  I hopped in a chopper and noticed that my Vertical Look was set back to default.  Who knows what else has been reset. :mansad:
