Hi,
I have some troubles with BFBC2 :
each time the server switch to the next map, my ping increase something like 50 to 620 and I'm kicked in the few minutes following the connection to the new party.
Instead of that, I can play the first time I connected to the game, until the map change...
I have no firewall on my modem (livebox) or my computer. I use ethernet cable to play. I'm on steam to play to BFBC2.
Does anyone have already solved this issue?
Thanks.

Try to set low graphics settings and reinstall driver for your graphics card (Try to setup old driver)

Hello @GrossPOUATRINE2
Try to find server with (very) low ping for you.
Try to reboot your Internet (Modem or Router), turn off your internet and wait in 5 min, then turn on. Also, reboot your PC.

Hey, thanks Preston for your reply!
I try your solution but this is the same : big ping in each next map.
Some additionnal information : The matter is the same with the same computer but with a different internet access.
So I'm sure that the matter don't came from internet firewall or something like Unpn ...
I try to upload punkbuster but same ...
Don't know what to do...
Any idea?

Hello @GrossPOUATRINE2
Do you have a problem with high ping in other games? In Battlefield 3 for example ?
Also, write your OS.

Hey,
I don't have BF3 actually. I tried CS:GO, Half life 2 deathmatch, Mediaval Chivalry, all works fine !!
I play throught STEAM platform with :
Windows 8.1 x64
Geforce GT 740M
8Go RAM
intel i7 -3630QM CPU 2.40GHz
BFBD2 already worked fine on this computer 8 or 9 month ago, so i guess this problem could come form PUNKBUSTER or NVIDIA Drivers?

Already did it
But like you say, I will try to reinstall old drivers for NVIDIA, seem to be strange but the problem certainly come from this!
Keep you in touch.

Hey,
Thats work with old NVIDIA drivers : 345. instead of new one (355) for my Geforce 740M.
Really strange issue ...
Thanks for the help Preston, problem solved!

You have to try to find the "settings.ini" in notepad, find DirectX, change it from auto to 9.
Hope it works, it works for Steam users, but IDK bout Origin users.
