Problems with serial number

Hi everyone,

The issue is that when I try to play BB company 2 in online mode, I can't, because my old EA account doesn't work. It is because I deleted the email account that was linked to my EA account. So I created a new EA account and everything is fine but the online, because it says the serial number (that comes in the manual of the game I bought) is already in used. Of course it is in used, but in an account that can't be used, because the email does no longer exist. What can I do?
