Launch issue after trying fixes

I'm running windows 10 with an AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series graphics card and I can't seem to play the game.

Every time I launch it it opens up a tiny window with no options other than to close it. I can hear the audio for the game intros and when I scroll my mouse over the black area of the window the cursor changes to the game cursor style but apart from that I can't do anything.

I've tried:

- waiting for it to load

- loading with admin, windows 7 compatibility

- restarting, reinstalling

- forcing direct x 9 (causes white screen crash)

- reinstalling visual studio c++

Wondering if anyone can help me out, I've attached an image of the window when I load up the game.

Worked it out, missed out one of the most obvious things to update. Graphics drivers.

Always make sure to keep those updated so you don't feel embarrassed and stupid like me!
