I have bfbc2 but i can't play it help

Hello.

I bought battlefield bad company 2 in steam on steam winter sales i download the game in leave it until today. I tried to play multiplayer but when I try to login game dosen't accept my account. I create a new one but my cd key was still in use in my other account so i can't play the game. My id on other account is lashted, i remember my password but game dosen't accept my e mail address. I tried my other addresses but i couldn't reach my account. What should i do to play the game?
