Do you have many Friends on your psn account? I found out i had to many friends on my account , after i deleted one friend in could login again. But that was on bfbc1. maybe it works for u ...

I am really sorry for those connection troubles with the game. Knowing your platform would definitely help us to determine the source of this problem more precisely. Have you done any troubleshooting steps so far? Restarting your router can resolve some connection issues for an example.
