Battlefield: Bad Company 2

I have a Razor Wildcat controller designed for windows 10 & Xbox One.  I have a windows 10 laptop.  All of the drivers and software are up-to-date for the controller. I recently purchased Battlefield: Bad Company 2 through steam and wanted to use my controller play the game.  I go into the game settings to start setting up the controls the ways I want them.  Every function on the controller works except for the right joystick.  So I can do everything I need to in the game except for look up, down, left, and right.  So far, this is the only game that I have had trouble with.  American Truck Simulator and Spin tires work perfectly with my controller.  Can anyone help me?

@1969charger1969 Hi, are you using the Razer software for the pad? Are you able to use a 3rd party program instead to try get the inputs detected? BC2 doesn't have any native controller support, but it should be configurable by using 3rd party software as standard.
