Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam Activation Code Redemption

Whenever I try to go into my battlefield Vietnam it asks me to type in the redemption code, which I have already done the first time I played. When I type in the code again, it says that the code has already been used. If you have any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
