BFBC2 Multiplayer Error (PC)

I bought today BFBC2 on Steam and i tried to play the mp, but i have everytime connections erroros. 

Have someone a idea how i can fix this? :/

Try the following:

In steam version open game properties by right clicking on Bad Company 2 in the library and then click "Set Launch Options".

In this box, type "-pinginterval 50000" without quatation marks ofcourse and click OK.

No matter guys ... but thanks for help. I was so disappointed that i contact Steam for payback ...
