Hello guys,
I recently bought new gears for my pc eversince i havent been able to play Bad company 2 correctly. After 20 or max 30 minutes playing the game shuts dows, it freezes and closes.
I will leave the spec for the pc on the picture.
Initially i had windows 7 and i thought that because win7 doesnt run directx12 i just installed win10 pro and the directx12 is installed correctly but the problem persists. I have been playing Batlefield 3 and this one runs OK, never crashes.
Anyone can help me please.

Hi @calgarin89
Any error messages? Please tell us are you on PC or Laptop? (Check again). Try to play Battlefield Bad Company 2 on Medium (or Low) settings. Also, try to reinstall driver for your graphics card or install later version. Reinstall DirectX https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17431
If it won't work, try to Clean Boot your PC https://help.ea.com/uk/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Nothing works man ,
i unistall the game, reinstalled in pc- when installing it shows an error with directX that i think i solved with some tutorials: DirectC setup error: an internal error ocurred.
i went to Redist folder and erase the files save 5 . i followed this tutorial and it seems it word cause the game installed properly with origin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3bqoXvijGU
I reinstall the win10 driver for my card RX460
I change the compatibility mode of the game to XP Service Pack 3 by following this link: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-do-i-check-windows-recommended-compatibility/
The game had compatibility for win7 and when looking at the files of the game it says it is 32 bits, i dont know if thats the problem. or is it that the game wont run in 64 bit OS?
still trying posible solutions please.
thanks
