I bought battlefield bad company 2 in 2010, from a retailer in Anchorage Alaska. I have the case and slip with product code. I don't have details such as retailer name or date of purchase. Since Origin picked up my game it asks me for a code for playing the Vietnam expansion. I have my game code, but using that it says code already used. Hence no Vietnam. It is impossible to come up with details asked for. All I want to do is add the game as an active game like my other games with the codes for the Vietnam expansion.

I am really sorry for those issue with the game. Can you check, if you are using the same EA account, you were using with the game before? Contacting EA Advisors might also help you to resolve this. Keep us posted on your progress.
