Hi BF4,
Hi BF4, Why is it that I kept getting the error:
1. Disconnected from EA online?
2. you were disconnected from EA online. (My internet connection is working properly, I can play Leaue of Legends without a problem)
I tried the online support and found some forum solution but it didn't work.
I don't have a router only a modem. I'm connected directly. I've setting up the UDP also.
Thank you

Hi Killerwhal812,
Thanks for the reply.
From reading some note online, correct me if I'm wrong, the Ping comand plus the web link means your checking only if there was a link connection from your pc to that site? or not?
I tried: 'ping easo.ea.com -t' before
Thank you!

Don't know what you found and tried so here goes
-Try restarting your computer and network equipment (routers, switches etc.)
-Try another browser (Chrome/FireFox/IE)
-Check the Origin server status: http://www.origin.com/us/status
-Try cleaning your browsers' cache and temporary files using CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner)
-Try repairing your game in Origin (right click -> repair)
-Try reloading your games in Origin
-Check if Punkbuster is running correctly and update it manually (https://help.ea.com/in/article/punkbuster-technical-issues)
-Make sure Origin doesn't have connection issues (https://help.ea.com/article/connection-issues-with-origin)
-Make sure the correct ports for BF4 is open (https://help.ea.com/article/online-ports-for-battlefield-4)
Please accept solutions if they are correct and press the XP button if somebody helped you. This way you help others in the same situation.
Kind regards, Tviggah

^_^ I tried it all already, and I already re-installed my OS to make sure there was no virus infection and re-installed BF4, I was able to connect for 2 to 3 round but I get disconnected and when I try to reconnect again this error start to appear and when this happens, I must wait for two days or 3 days to be able to paly again. When I'm able to play again same thing happens like a cycle. hehehe.
Is there a setting that I need to do or My Account at EA Server aloted storage needs a refresh?

It almost sounds like your connection is being banned. Are you playing from a college or something like that ?
Maybe the network temporaly closes the ports you need to use.

I guess it might be my Internet provider.

Are you sure you have portfowarded - To Portfoward go to http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Battlefield_4/
If so what router do you use?
