why can't i connect to the ea online servers on battlefield 4 xbox 360 edition

please somebody help me i haven't been able to play battlefield 4 xbox 360 editon since the last multiplayer update has come out. it is telling me that i can't connect to ea servers please help.

Please check the following workarounds and keep us updated if that helped you to sovle your issue:

Please enable the following online ports on your connection:
TCP: 53, 88, 3074
UDP: 53, 88, 3074
For specific instructions on how to open your ports, please visit http://www.portforward.com/ or contact your router manufacturer.

To make sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.

This did not work for me. I opened those ports and then restarted and cleared my system cache. Still cannot connect.
