when i try to enter a multiplayer game, it says that i must launch origin first.

but origin is already launched. my browser is microsoft edge. i have checked the web helper and that is on. and tried switching off plug in free game launching on the bf4 home page but that doesnt work. what do i do??

well, the most obvious, but bothersome thing to try would be reinstalling both origin and bf4 , since some key file might have gotten corupted, obviously this will take a long time

but i give it a 35% chance of fixing your issue
