what does time left meens at the end of round? [ Edited ]

at the end of round it shows time left like 35 minutes or some thing around it...which continuously decreases after each round as far as i have noticed,what does it shows?

@xSkyro1 Time left would be how much time is left in a round if it was to end on its own. So lets say no one was to win then it would end in the time set on the server and by the looks of your picture the server round is set to end in 1 hr as it has 47min left.
