i was trying to get the battlefield 4 premium and it said to get another card or try again later, yet when i look to see if the card is active it said that origin had taken $1.14.
it was called Origin Com EA Geneva CH
what gives?
and some help on the buying end will help aswell.

You must save your billing information to your origin account first to make any new purchase in the new origin store after you save it log out and log in to origin and you will be all set to go
If you don't know how to do that go to origin press origin in the top bar scroll down then press Account Privacy after that press Payment and Shipping and then add your billing information also the 1 $ is the authorization money that is taken by the bank not EA and it is used to authorize your card and it will be refunded to you whit in 5 working days so don't worry you dident lose any thing
if this does not work then
For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

I tried to do this but when i entered the payment info it just told me the same thing, that it couldnt be verified and i needed a different card or to try again later
