unreadable disc error Battlefield 4 [ Edited ]

My battlefield 4 was fine until the previous update that came out can y guys tell me how to fix it because in tierd of going to the xbox 360 dash bord when i play one or two matches it ok untill the next match is loading and says the unreadable * error and takes me out of the game

I would make sure that no corrupt data is causing your issue and clear your cache:

1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2) Select System Settings.
3) Select Storage.
4) Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5) Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6) Reboot your console.
7) Re-download the updates for the game.

Ive tryed that it didnt work thx by the way and i notice that i wont let me play certain maps

You may want to make sure there is no corrupted data in the Battlefield 4 save files. Corrupted data will have a "!" surrounded by a yellow circle.

On thing that worked for me when I received that error is I installed the disc to my HDD. Can you trying installing the disc?

I tried but when it gets to 92 percent it say that it cant download it
