unlocked via battlepack items not available in game

Hi, i have unlocked many items via battlepack in battlelog but in game i cant use them.

If i open a battlepack from game then its ok.

How can i enable the other items (opened from battlelog) ???

The items are only available if you have unlocked the weapon they are for, if you have done this it is most likely a bug, please post a link to your BL profile.
