Hello,
BF4... wow. Just wow.
Currently there is an open case about the ongoing crashes with BF4 in MP. One of the EA "technicians" advized to re-install the game. Well this is what I just did... when the game was ready to be played in a crashing manner once again. EA now surprises me with yet another Error:
"we are unable to connect to ES servers to activate Battlefield 4 on this computer using your account. Please try again later.
Here is the error on my screen: http://s1.directupload.net/images/131117/hq3vxvc6.png
I restarted the computer several times. Restarted Origin in online and offline mode... no joy.
This game will no longer work.
I've addressed this to a "technician/expert" at EA, but it appears they are even worse speaking the english language than I am.
Help plz.

So firstly make sure your firewall is diabled then make sure these ports are fowarded,
TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900 UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900
Still no luck?
Try to reinstall origin completely and delete the Battlefield 4 folder in My Docs
Lastly you must Contact EA,
1) Visit http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/?product=origin
2) Press 'New Case'
3) Select Platform after that press Next
4) Select a relevant Topic and name then press next
5) Select a contact method, I recommend call back but note that call back is only available in certain Countries.
