not prompted to install plugin for BF4 CTE but BF4 and BF3 are OK

Cannot join a server in BF4 CTE but I can in BF4 and BF3, pretty sure its the Plugin. I use Firefox for all the Battlefield games and only the BF4 CTE is a problem.

What is error message?

the message is "Unable to join server" but only in BF4 CTE, I can join servers in BF3 and 4!

If I delete the Battleweb plugins folder, I'm prompted to download the plugins again in BF4 and BF3, but I'm never prompted to download them in BF4 CTE { Community Test Environmen}

I use Firefox for all games. Does CTE require a different plugin?  Also the plunin icon does not appear in the browser when in BF4 CTE but it does in BF4 and BF3.
