I can not switch, kick and/or ban anyone from my two servers that I bought through battlefield 4

@General_StingKey Do you have the server set to Ranked or Official? It needs to be set to Ranked to be able to manage players on it. Official doesn't allow it.

i have a battlefield 4 rented server and need info on how to change the amount of tickets available? I see other server renters have made changes to things, but i cant seem to find out how to do these changes?  it clearly states i can tweak my server how i want, but i have looked every place and cant find the right area to do this..see picture i have included to show it DOES say i can tweak the tickets and such??
