yesterday i bought  battledield 4 from a store when i tried to enter the product key it said it is already in use and i can do nothing about it i 've tried several time to enter it and it keeps saying the same thing

As for the key problem, you will need to go back to your retailer as only they can help you with this problem. Be sure to have your proof of purchase with you before you go to them.
