lost saves

My saved games keep getting deleted on xbox one, it's been months and still no fix to this issue

This issue was addressed by some BF4 updates in the past but some players still have issues with lost progression and savegames. It might be that some old data in your installation are causing trouble and I advise to delete and re-install the game in order to make sure that no corrupt data are causing this problem. Are you playing the single player campaign while connected to the internet or while offline?

I play it while i am online

You can try to delete your whole game install via managing Battlefield 4 in your "Games and Apps" menu. A new installation could clear your drive from possibly corrupted data. We can't bring your progress back but some players mentioned that they could unlock the single player weapons without losing their saves when they were not interrupting their play through with multiplayer matches.
