lost battlefield 4

I bought battlefield 4 from origin a few weeks ago, I played the beta and liked what I saw. suddenly one day when I logged on origin i saw that I no longer owned battlefield 4? I bought battelfield 4 digital deluxe edition, but now I have nothing? except from the beta on my desktop. I logged in to my battlelogg to check if I still had my user, and that I had, but I didn't have the game, it said that i needed to purchase it. I was very confused and thought it just was a bug, to be sure I asked some of my friends if they had the same problem, but it was just me. I do not know what is happening or what to do, hope you can help me.

Maybe you accidentals pressed "hide" on the game. Try to press show hidden games.

i figured out my problem

i bought a spendon card (online giftcard) that had 450kr on it. the price for bf4 premium is 450 kr. well, i bought it trough paypall. aperently paypal takes some money if you buy trough them. that happend to me.
