level 110 question

when you reach level 110, does that mean you cant get any more battlepacks?

im asking because theres one camo i really want, but i dont think i can get it, since i will soon be 110.

do i have to buy premium?

i have zero soldier camos for the chinese and i really want some digital camos

ive got about 150 hours logged.

plus using all of your 200% boosts during that double xp event gives you 4-6x xp each round
