idiots crashing helicopters full of teammates [ Edited ]

i'm tired of childish jerkoffs getting in transport helicopters and filling them up with teammates, and then proceeding to drive out of bounds (in a sneaky manner so the passengers don't really know) and then crashing it to try and be funny. these trolls piss me off so much and there is no consequence for that action besides a death showing up on their k/d. will there be a system where you can vote to kick douche bags like this or maybe a temporary ban for kids like this!?
