i cant play online on bf4

my Xbox live account will work on every other game i play like destiny or cod but whenever i try to play battlefield my account goes offline please help me because im pissed

Are you on the Xbox 360, or the Xbox One?

If you're on the Xbox One, try to restart your modem, and then try these two things on your Xbox One:

Clear your Persistent Storage: Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> Clear it out twice.

Clear your Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> Clear that out> then reboot the console.

Okay, likewise, resatrt your modem, but then clear your cache:

1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2) Select System Settings.
3) Select Storage.
4) Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5) Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6) Reboot your console.
7) Re-download the updates for the game.
