dragons teeth on ps4

I installed dragons teeth on my ps4 around 3 pm yesterday, i played it for a while and unlocked the bulldog. Around 9pm my bf4 crashed and i opened it back up and dragons teeth was gone and i didn't have my bulldog, and it still said i had dragons teeth in my downloads, so i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and went back on and it still said i didn't have the dlc and any of the guns.
Can anyone help, im really annoyed???

Are you still missing Dragons Teeth and have you tried to download it from your download history or to delete all your gamefiles in order to re-install Battlefield 4?
