dlcs not downloading [bf4]

so premium is showed up now and I can only download finals assault... Other dlcs not availiable how to fix?

This is why, Xbox live is having problems with all in game download and they are working on it, here is the link for the status

Try searching the DLCs in the store and there try searching for a download button or something like that.

Are you downloading via the BF4 in game store from the premium tab or via the Xbox Live marketplace?
