completed campaign on hard THREE TIMES, no Tombstone trophy

as the thread title says.

I've played the campaign on hard 3 flippin' times and Tombstone hasn't unlocked for me for whatever reason.

I've read on a forum somewhere that if you restart a mission or quit out the game it will screw your progress up and Tombstone won't unlock?

if that's true that means I have to play the goddamn campaign through in one sitting. how ridiculous.

anyone had the same problem, or better yet, know how to fix this?

your opinion will be appreciated!

*edit* oh BTW on my battlelog it does say I've completed all 6/6 assignments
