When i start the game i connot access the premium menu. It will say ''retriving data, please wait...'' but it can run for hours without any change and if i cancel and go back into the menu it will say ''connecton failed''. If i go to battlelog it will say i'm premium and i can still use CR and SA, but i haven't gotten access to the new content. If an EA person sees this or if anyone has a suggestion, i'd apreciate any help you can give.

Hey, this issue is already known to the Dev team working on this game. It’s currently being worked on. It should be up, fixed and running normally soon.
