can't connect to ea server on xbox 360

I was playing BF4 with my XBOX 360 and I hopped into a plane and then something kicked me out. 

So I tried to start to join a new server and this message showed. 

"cannot connect EA server, you cannot use on-line features"

what should I do to solve this problems?

I solved this problem, but not only in your way. I 've done something more.
I reset my Xbox after clearing the cache data as you told.
Now I don't have any disconnection! Yay!

Have you already tried if you are able to connect to online gameplay with other games on your console?

To make sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.

I also tried to clear system cache and rebooted I got nothin done need help nothing seems to work any other ideas i am also playing bf3

I did exactly what you said twice now and it i still got 'You have lost the connection with EA Servers. Online features will be unavailable." Also it said that the servers were going to be down for about two minutes per server but that was 4 days ago and its still telling me i cant play online. My advice: if you're going through the same thing i'm going through consider selling your battlefield 4 and buying hardline or whatever other game you might want.

I've the same problem. Tried cache clear and reboot, but still cannot connect. 

BF4 works fine. Very frustrating.
