can't connect to ea server on xbox 360

Same here, 2 360's same house only one connecting to server. Cache cleared on both, restart router, reset console..... all revealed no soultion to problem. Really irritated. Going on 2 weeks now. Wasting money...

Spent a lot of money to be able to play BF4 simultaneously in same room with my girlfriend and best friend. Called EA and spent hours on the phone with them. They say Verizon is the problem but the entire internet knows they are full of *. They hung up on me after I told them a dmz is not the answer and that it has nothing to do with the ports. These guys are disrespectful at best and have no idea their own company is blocking multiple origin accounts on one IP address. So very unhappy right now.

I totally agree with you, they are awful people and irresponsable.... It's been a month now that I can no longer play bf4, it's like the end of bf4 for me and anything related to ea. I think Dice made a deal with the devil, they took our money and there is nothing we can do from our end to get this * to work or get our money back.....
