battlelog shows me as invisible

no matter how many times i go into my profile and change the settings to show me as online, if shut my machine down, start it back up and go back into battlelog, my profile shows me as invisible again.

my profile is not saving my settings to display me as online.

any fix for this?

Try to log out and log back in.

Have you checked your PC origin client to ensure that it is not set up to sign you in as invisible every time that you start? Being invisible in your Origin client will also make you invisible on Battlelog

no go on both occasions

my origin is not set to log me on as invisible

in fact, im not logged into origin right now and when i login to battlelog im invisible

i tried clearing my cache and cookies and still no go
