I downloaded the demo? with free play, but when I went to play it asked for a serial number. There wasn't one in the email, Order Number: 1001842747462
Order Date: 3/21/15, that I received. Now it is also telling me that I have used up my time for the demo and I need to purchase. My Origin is Version 9.5.6.731 - 358982. Any help? Could not find an email so had to post here.  Thank you.

There never is any real serial number.  I think you are supposed to enter the word demo, or some such; there should have been an article about that on Help Center.  Many special offers have a limited life span, but it's always spelled out.  Sundays don't work well for support on anything.
