battlefield 4 wont start

whenever i try to play the game an error shows up saying battlefield 4 was not able to start correctly and a code (0xc0000005)

You should delete and re-install your Battlelog webplugin. Sometimes your browser might blocking you or causing issues, try if the issue persists with a different browser. To make sure that this problem is not rooted to PunkBuster, please go to the PunkBuster website and download the latest PunkBuster client: http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php

When you launch the PunkBuster executable, add BF4 as a game and update the client.

Make sure that your videocard driver are up to date, re-install Microsoft C++ red. and update Microsoft .NET Framework as well as Adobe Flash.

Disable your firewall/antivirus software for a testrun as well as any ad-blocking or proxy related application.
