battlefield 4 stats transfer

I tried to link my Xbox 360 version to my Xbox one version of battlefield 4 and it got my stats and only some of my guns I lost all my maps I lost premium but it says I'm still a member because I still a bunch of my paints and camo from premium but nothing else ive been trying to contact EA since Saturday and nothing I hate there service feels like they don't care need help from the people now anybody know what to do?

Have you been following all the steps, mentioned in this article here, on the stats transfer?

If something is still missing, you should get in touche with EA Advisors directly https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/, since we can`t manage individual accounts on our forum. Alternatively you can give them a direct call +44203 014 1818. .

Yea I did everything I looked up problems people have has so I waited for the game to fully download and I still haven't gotten anything ill try calling them
