battlefield 4 singapore map issue

Hello,

When i play singapore map and when i reach the stage where we there is a block and recker has to bring it down by pressing a button and than we move forward and in the other tank. Then when we cross the shopping mall kind of thing there are actually 5 tanks waiting for us and in my xbox 360 game its just 3 and coz of which iam not able to achive the 19000 points which unlocks the big sniper gun. I am playing on easy level.
