battlefield 4 locked - Game Not Released Yet

so battlefield 4 still locked in my account, it should be open in 10/31/2013, the game still not released yet, can't download or play it, anyone have an idea about the problem?

Btw, all my friends in the same region are playing it since 10/31/2013
