battlefield 4 cant run on 64 bits [ Edited ]

Hey guys,

I just bought battlefield 4 2 days ago and i'm already not satisfied... The game does not work on 64 bits, only 32 bits. The game crashed immediately at launch. I updated my latest amd drivers and searched for a solutions from the internet but nothing fixed it. I dont know what i can do... I already tried to install it on another drive, disable origin while ingame. I noticed that the game runs at 64 bits in siege of shangai, maybe this info can help.

My specs:

win 10 64bits 

amd r9 390

16gb ram

core i5 4690k

Ok after trying all your solutions i think i found the problem myself. I did everything you said and it still crashed, but there was a new problem. it said :cant acces to port 3659. So i went to my router options with my ip adress. i removed port 3659 so it can istall a new one automatically. I didnt get this error anymore but it still crashed. ¨My last option was to use directx instead of mantle and now it wroks. I dont know why mantle caused this problem, maybe because of windows 10. ANYWAYS, im happy that i have no problems now...

@rivals008 Make sure all this is up to date on your PC as well as do this for settings, some of this you have done as stated in your post but please be sure settings are still in place ....

Reinstall Microsoft C++ For my game PC's I install both x64 and x86 as it does not hurt the PC

Go to Punk Buster site
http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php

1- Download PB then extract files to your desktop.
2- Open Punk Buster folder.
3- Click on the PB setup and it will open.
4-Add your BF4 game to punk buster its at the top of Punk Buster.
5-Then update punk buster again at the top of Punk Buster.

Do this for settings please...


Disable Origin in game:
In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game

Origin Cloud Storage turn it off
Origin, settings, General

Make Sure BF4 is set to 64bit if your windows is 64bit
1- open origin and go to My Games
2-Right click BF4 and go to Game Properties
3-Under when launching this game set it to x64 and check off disable origin in game.
4- Hit apply REBOOT your PC and then test your BF4

Reboot PC test BF4

@rivals008 Sweet happy it is fixed and I put the solution on your post Yes sadly mantel is a problem in BF4 it just seems broken for the game.

Hadi; I had the same bug with Windows 10, What I did was download Google as my main browser. And the game works Great for Me.
