battlefield 4 Error 262148:131086

I have more than 13 hours try to fix this problem I try to change the dns and reinstall the game 3 times. my problem is when I try to download the dlc of the battlefield 4 only 2 the origin let me download but gave this error in the expansion of naval strike when is almost finished the download come back to 80 or to 50% any solution to fix this because after I bought the premium this problem appear
