Yesterday when i tried to login my Battlelog account I got "You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services." message. I believe i was banned for having offensive emblem though i didnt recieve any mail regarding that. Can someone here help me on the issue?

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

If your feed / profile photo / Presentation is "Hidden By The Battlelog Administrators" You can post in the following thread to request it to be unhidden. Please remove anything that may violate the terms and service before posting as it will just remain hidden for a tos violation.Please see this link...

AHQ can't do anything about it, so you will have to write an e-mail with appeal to accountdisputes@ea.com as they are responsible for ban-related cases. Involve as many details as possible regarding your situation. Keep in mind that it may take them a while to reply.

I am at the same situation here. Contacting Advisor to lift the ban. Why did they do this to us? WHY???
