YOU NEED TO INSTALL THIS EXPANSION(ALL EXPANSIONS EXCEPT CHINA RISING)

★★★ Newbie

I coughed up £60 for the battlefield 4 digital deluxe edition so i got the china rising expansion pack off the bat and it works fine, but  later in the year when i installed premium and all it's dlc(Second Assault, Naval Strike and Dragon's Teeth) i found i couldn't play on any of the premium expansions and was getting the error message 'Requires additional expansion pack, Battlefield 4-X, you need to download and install this expansion' i tried changing the registry to Xpack1, and got nothing also Xpack0 for the same result im using google chrome and have on several occasions repaired my Battlefield 4 and all the expansions but all to no avail EA please help i've spent near enough £100 on this game and 60% of that is wasted at the moment

Just to make sure you found the right guide, is this what you tried? :

    1. Log out and exit Origin
    2. Logout of Battlelog
    3. Open your Registry Editor (regedit)
    4. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > EA Games > Battlefield 4
      Check if there is a folder named “Xpack0” under “Battlefield 4
      If yes, there’s a folder -> click on “Xpack0” – on the right pane check if there is a string named “Installed” – the Value data should be “True
      If no, there’s no folder -> right-click on Battlefield 4 -> New -> Key
      - a new folder will be created, name it “Xpack0
      - right-click on Xpack0 -> New -> String Value - name it “Installed
      - on the right-pane, double-click on “Installed“, set Value Data to “True
    5. Redo step 4 for Xpack 1Xpack 2, and Xpack 3 as well
    6. Exit Registry Editor
    7. Start Origin and hopefully play expansion maps
    8. Repair the installation of BF4
    9. Clear browser cache, cookies and temporary files in your browser then login to Battlelog
    10. Try again
