Xbox One to PC

Hello, I started playing battlefield 4 on my xbox one that I currently don't have anymore and have transitioned to PC gaming. I owned the season pass so I had every map pack and every gun and I would like to have my stats from xbox one transferred to pc since I don't own an xbox one anymore.
