Xbox 360 new update

Yesterday before the update to day me and a friend were playing dragon pass and 2 min into the game friendlies would vanish all u could see is their guns. Then enemies would do it the u had no gun. And with the update today it's doing the same thing on the original maps also. And when can we play air superiority. Cause none of the available servers are letting anybody in.
