This is extremely frustrating!! Sometimes I can play for an hours sometimes 2mins, I have uninstalled and reinstalled PB a dozen times. I tried every trick listed in the forums and nothing. The same issue pops up, PB kick for packet flow. I would love to play the game I was invited to play, as would hundreds of others, but this packet flow issue is preventing that. Does anyone have a fix??

This was posted before BF4 was launched as full version, so I think it might have been solved for the user.mileylol:
If you still have problems now, please follow this steps:
First, do this steps: http://help.ea.com/en/article/battlefield-4-punkbuster-troubleshooting/ .
Also, try this additional steps, if the above does not work:
1. Open windows firewall
2. Click advanced settings( on the left) and then inbound (also left)
3. Find PnkbstrA.exe and PnkbstrB.exe (if you have two of both, its fine)
4. Right click on each of them>properties>programs and services
5. Make sure that "all programs that meet the specifications" is checked
6. Then go to the "Advanced" tab and check all 3 boxes. Domain, Private and Public.
7. REMEMBER TO DO THIS FOR ALL PnkBstr Files. Then save and quit.
8. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 and delete "Pb" folder.
9. Go to these 2 links:
http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloader/download.php?file=1
http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
10. Download and install both
11. Run Pbsetup.exe (the first link)
12. Add a game (eg. bf4)
13. Check for updates.
Also, try to disable your firewall if it does not work.

Punkbuster errors are quite common and has always been there in the Battlefield series. Most problems can be solved by simply updating it manually using the tool at: http://www.evenbalance.com/?page=pbsetup.php
To check for Punkbuster errors try installing punkbuster again and update it through the steps in here: https://help.ea.com/article/battlefield-3-punkbuster-error
This might also help: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/FAQ-Updating-Punkbuster/td-p/16290
For any in depth answers, you might also want to consult the official punkbuster FAQ:

libever said where is the problem and thats the Win8. What you could try is run BF4 in compability mode for Win Vista or just install Win7 64 bit version since BF4 does not support 32bit.

Now it doesn't matter if BF4 supports Win8 or not since it is Punkbuster that has to support it. Punkbuster actually only supports Windows Vista and below according to their website.
This does however not mean that Punkbuster does not work under Windows 7, and since the relevant underlaying systems of Windows 8 is the same then Windows 8 should work just as well as Windows 7.
Also, it is not known if BF4 will support Win8 or not, Just because the Alpha does not officially support it, doesn't mean that it wont be supported later. It would actually make sence to just make sure it works in Win7 for the Alpha and then test it for the other OS's interally and later on in the beta.
All in all, downgrading to Win7 is a horrible solution in general and especially since the problem is not Windows 8 specific.

Win7 is better than Win8 in games and not just in games so I don't see why is it a bad solution to downgrade, but after all it's a personal choice...

http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/Origin-app-will-not-open/td-p/4650725
you need to press the key combination: “Windows Key + R”;
In the “Run” window, type the message “msconfig” without quotes;
-you need to left click on the “OK” button;
Select “General” tab, from the toolbar and chose the feature called “ Selective startup”;
-uncheck the box found in the left of the message: “ Load startup items”;
Select “Service” tab, from the toolbar;
-check the box in the left of message: “Hide all Microsoft services”;
Left click on the “Disable all” button, found on the lower-right side of the window;
Left click on the “OK” button;
-a new message box will prompt on your display. Left click on the “Restart” button in order to restart your operating system..
Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client.
You need to do this> add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1
If don't work the steps above make sure you have installed Origin/ game and I would suggest you to perform a clean boot and check if it helps..
Clean boot will check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts..

Can't you just dump this horrid little piece of program that does not work 90% of the time?
I mean just write your own code that scans for RAM address and don't use this horrid program that gives me woes.
